Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 May 2026

1. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to Total Flow Services Ltd (company number 16745512), registered office Office Suite 2, Fort Bridgewood, Maidstone Road, Rochester, Kent, ME1 3DQ, United Kingdom. "You" refers to the customer commissioning works. "Services" means any plumbing, drainage, leak detection, CCTV survey or groundworks work we agree to perform.

2. Quotes & estimates

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Verbal estimates given by phone are indicative only and subject to on-site confirmation. Where unforeseen conditions are discovered (e.g. collapsed pipework, asbestos), we will pause work and re-quote in writing before continuing.

3. Payment terms

Domestic invoices are payable on completion. Commercial invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Workmanship guarantee

All installations are guaranteed for up to 5 years from the date of install. We do not provide a separate parts warranty as we do not supply the products ourselves. However, if a part fails within its manufacturer warranty period, we are usually able to replace it free of charge, as the manufacturer supplies us a replacement. The guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, freezing, scale build-up or limescale where we have advised treatment that was not installed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a booked appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time. Emergency call-outs are non-cancellable once an engineer has been dispatched.

6. Liability

We carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance and employers liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be heard in the English courts.
